TERM & CONDITION FOR PRE-ORDER
Dear all, please spend some time to go thru our FAQ & Terms & Conditions. It will help in minimise any misunderstanding and avoid any argument.
1. Do we keep stock in hand?
- No, all items are pre ordered items.
2. Why don't we keep stock in hand?
- We are hoping to bring more design for our customer, thus keeping stock would limit the design.
3. Are these authentic items?
- No. All items are inspired items or another word “imitation”. Some design and material are same/similar to the original; some original labels & tag are intact, some come with supplier’s label and tag and some might not have any label. We are uncertain whether the labels are authentic, but the design and material are 90% same as original design.
4. What is the difference between authentic item and inspired items?
- The Price! It is definitely worth grabbing for such affordable price for an inspired item that looks almost the same with the original.
5. Can I order first and pay later?
- No. All orders only will be placed once payment has made and confirmed. However, if there is a case of “Out-of-Stock” after we placed order, we will refund 100% of payment.
6. Can I cancel my order after payment made?
- No. However we will review it by case. We only seek for serious buyer as we are serious in our business and we believe in providing good service. Thus, please think carefully before place order, we will appreciate it.
7. Can I change if the size doesn't fit?
- No. All items are pre-ordered. We advised you to refer to the measurement before placing order.For more accurate measurement, take the measurement of your own clothes, it will give you a better idea on which size to take. Please also allow 2-3cm error in measurement.
8. The colour look different from the picture, can I exchange or refund?
9. The item doesn’t look like what I expected, can I refund?

11. There are bit of stain and some loose threads coming out, can I refund?
- No. Sorry dear, for the questions above (question No. 8, 9, 10,11), there is no exchange or refund. We are giving our best to match the colour closest to the real items, but different computer screen might portray different colour; also due to lighting when clothes are photographed. Thus we would seek your understanding on this matter. A little stain and loose threads sticking out are considered normal in the fashion industry, most items are in mass production from factory; it might have bit of stain and loose threads due to workmanship. As we stated earlier (question No. 2), all items are inspired items, this there might be slight different, but the design and material are 90% the same as the original design.
12. How long does it take for the item to arrive?
- Approximately 2 weeks after the pre-order closed (finger cross!), there are some unforeseen circumstances that might delay the delivery. Thus please allow minimum 7-10 working days for us to sort the problem.
13. What about postage? Do I need to pay or I can enjoy Free Shipping?
- Postage will be borne by buyer, please refer to below for the postage rate. We are using Poslaju Malaysia for all deliveries within Malaysia. For overseas buyer, please email us so we can quote you the shipping rate.
Postage Rate:
1-2 items = RM7.00 (WM) / RM10.00 (EM)
3-5 items = RM8.00 (WM) / RM12.00 (EM)
6-7 items = RM10.00 (WM) / RM14.00 (EM)
14. Do you give Free Shipping?
- Maybe. Free Shipping will be applied when we are doing certain promo. Do check out our post to get update promo details. Terms & condition for free shipping will be applied.
15. Will you give me Poslaju tracking numbers?
- Yes. All tracking number will be provided upon request. We do not hold responsibility for any item lost during the delivery by Poslaju. ( please check this status )
